We are seeking a skilled Clinical Invoice Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all Clinical Invoices are received and processed in a timely fashion and meet the approved deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update Clinical rates of pay and maintain accurate records
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word & Power Point
- Familiar with Power BI, ED and other Clinical and rota systems
- Produce reports to enable GP Invoice to be paid by finance
- Act as an ambassador for HealthHero, behaving in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Clinician rota is up to date, accurate and available to enable service optimisation
- Provide related data and reporting upon request
- Ensure full and clear communication of rota performance data
- Update GP rota policy and process when required
- Respond positively to new initiatives and ensure they smoothly become part of the customer experience service delivery
- Ensure all written communication is clear and professional in all forms
- Support with all business-related activity when required
Requirements:
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team
- Proven experience in promoting a positive working environment
- Planning and organising to prioritise tasks and deliver them in a structured and effective manner
- Proven track record of remaining calm under pressure
- Clear and professional communication skills with GP's and other colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
