Job Title: Senior Nurse - Enhanced Intermediate Care Service

We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to join our Enhanced Intermediate Care Service team in Bracknell. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing
