About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Marina Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at 4Leisure Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced marina environment.



Main Responsibilities

  • Target new berth holders to achieve annual sales performance goals


  • Sell additional income lines such as storage and commercial sales


  • Brief Marina Managers and their teams on sales pipelines


  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date KPI reporting


  • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales communications


  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends




Requirements

  • A positive and proactive attitude is essential


  • Experience in sales and customer-facing environments


  • Hunger for success and passion for delivering excellent service


  • A background in boating or marina operations is ideal but not required
