Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team at Hospitality Staffing UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering commercial results in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve commercial targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to grow revenue and market share.
- Collaborate with the on-property team to maximize opportunities and drive revenue through a robust pipeline.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events to promote the brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years hotel sales management experience.
- Proven track record of sales management in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong commercial outlook, sales and revenue driven.
- Excellent sales, customer care, account management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a drive to achieve results.
