About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Manager to join our Amazon Business EU team. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue for Amazon Business in the EU market.

Key Responsibilities

  • IDentify and pursue new business opportunities with partners, defining business cases and driving progress against these opportunities.
  • Engage assigned partners and their end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for Amazon Business.
  • Set and manage partner revenue targets, working closely with Amazon Business sales organizations in the EU to achieve/exceed goals.
  • Analyze data from CRM systems, data warehousing, and other tools to establish detailed metrics for tracking purposes.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to senior management.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and serve as a liaison to the legal group.
  • Fluent command of English, both written and verbally.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working within the procure-to-pay community, with a deep understanding of the B2B ecosystem.
  • Proven commercial negotiation skills.
  • Strong program and project management skills.
  • Track record of successfully owning, driving, and managing partnerships and/or Global Enterprise Accounts against quarterly targets.
  • Strong technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies like eProcurement software, eInvoicing, and/or generic Software as a Service (SaaS) business models.
  • Excellent analytical capability and writing skills to frame opportunities and report on activities and results.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
