EU Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced EU Compliance Manager to oversee fleet standards and ensure contractual and service level standards are met.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent networking, assurance, and communication skills, with the ability to drive critical business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high degree of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration with senior leadership and legal teams.

Fleet experience is not essential, but it's beneficial for success in this position.

  • Develop and implement preventative and corrective actions to maintain quality assurance standards.
  • Owning fleet accountability metrics across the EU.
  • Analyzing data to detect systematic failures and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting service quality levels and documenting key findings.
  • Building relationships with Amazon senior leadership, legal teams, and fleet operations leaders.
