**Job Overview:**

The Pension Benefits Manager, EU, Benefits Experience and Technology (BXT) plays a critical role in driving the success of Amazon's retirement programs across Europe.

About the Role:

This senior professional will develop and implement innovative plan design solutions to drive the performance of our retirement and vendors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with external partners to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plan design solutions to improve the overall performance of our retirement and vendors.
  • Drive employee engagement and education efforts to promote informed decision-making around long-term savings.
  • Ensure local plans are administered in compliance with plan documents and applicable regulations.
  • Manage international retirement/savings-related projects, audits, and compliance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in program management within retirement benefits, particularly in the EU.
  • Strong track record of leading or supporting RFI/RFP vendor performance and selection processes.
  • Relevant qualifications in retirement and pensions, compliance and risk, or pension operations.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor and consult relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end program or project management.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be approximately $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, based on industry standards and Amazon's market position.
