Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Resolve Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our range of paving and building products to national and independent builders merchants across the South West region.

About the Role:
  • External sales role, home-based to cover the South West region, including Somerset, Dorset, Cornwall, Hampshire, and Wiltshire.
  • Selling our manufactured range of fencing, paving, and building accessories to national and independent builders merchants, as well as independent landscape and fencing specialist stockists and garden centres.
  • Combination of existing business and account management, with new customer and project development.
  • Sales support team to assist in quote and lead generation.
About You:
  • Experience of selling a relatable building or construction product, such as paving, landscaping, or concrete, into the builders merchant customer base.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Basic salary up to £50k, plus annual bonus, company car or allowance, home office setup, 22 days holiday, and other benefits.
