Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Resolve Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our range of Machinery and Plant Hire services to a wide range of customers in the South West Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a territory covering Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, and South Wales
  • Promote our Machinery and Plant Hire services to customers, including ground workers, buyers, specialist contractors, plant and site managers, and procurement teams
  • Develop and maintain existing business relationships, as well as identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with our sales support team to generate quotes and leads

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Capital, Machinery, Plant Hire sector
  • Living on the territory (as described above)
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capable administration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Remuneration: Basic salary up to £45k, plus an uncapped monthly bonus, company car, home office setup, 25 days holiday, and other benefits.
