Job Title: Regional Account Manager

Collab Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts in the South UK region, promoting and advising clients on our full range of products.

Your Role:

This is a field-based account management role, where you will inherit an established and well-performing area with a portfolio of circa 100 accounts. You will work closely with branch operatives and regional managers to achieve maximum profitability and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service.

  • Sales experience in the construction, distribution, or related industry
  • A full UK license and residence in the South UK region
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication and commercial awareness skills
  • A strategic mindset and ability to drive profitability
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills or a willingness to learn
