About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team at Skipton Building Society Group. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Proactively contact customers to discuss their financial goals and identify opportunities to meet their needs.
  • Provide education on our range of products and services to customers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Conduct 'My Review' customer appointments to discuss their financial goals and provide tailored advice.
