Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of medical supplies and equipment between hospitals and our central facility.

Responsibilities
  • Collect 'dirty' trolleys from hospitals and clinics, delivering them to our Stockport unit facility and returning 'clean' trolleys with sterilized trays back to the hospitals/clinics.
  • Transport other medical packages or goods between hospitals or units as required.
  • Provide a first-class decontamination sterile service to Operating Theatres, nursing departments, and relevant paramedical departments.
  • Assist with supporting duties in our Stockport production facility, including stores management.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with all customers, both internal and external to Circle Health Group.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
  • Wear the company uniform as provided.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of our unit.
  • Assist in the Inspection and Packing room as required.
Requirements
  • Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record. All employees driving on behalf of the business must submit their driving license annually for a DVLA check. Drivers must hold a clean B license to operate vans up to and including 3.5t.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and be flexible at all times.
  • Ability to undertake lifting duties as required.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good level of general education.
  • 3 years driving experience with a 3.5 tonne vehicle or higher weight vehicle preferred.
