About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of your job.
  • Build strong relationships with your team and residents, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
Requirements
  • A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care, with a willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification.
  • Experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A positive and caring attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
