Senior Care Assistant

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
- Leading a team of Care Assistants and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with Registered Nurses and Care Managers to ensure comprehensive care is provided
- Administering medication and providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or equivalent)
- Experience in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage time effectively
