About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Sage Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care and support
