Rapid Response Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rapid Response Care Worker to join our team at Homecarers Cheshire. As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing short-term care to individuals in need, helping them to regain their independence and confidence in their daily lives.
The ideal candidate will have a full, clean driving license and access to their own vehicle, as they will be required to attend calls on a last-minute basis due to sickness or urgent referrals. You will be working in the Winsford and Northwich area, covering a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
As a Rapid Response Care Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality care and support to our service users. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assistance with daily tasks, and promoting independence and well-being.
