About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health and social needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as household chores and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment, promoting the rights and dignity of all individuals.
Requirements
  • A full clean UK driving license and use of your own vehicle with business use insurance.
  • Demonstrable experience working within a similar setting.
  • NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working as a support worker with young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
