About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at HC One. As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
  • Commitment to safeguarding and ability to recognize signs of abuse or neglect
