- Develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our residents.
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of kindness and respect.
- Completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification.
- Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
- Competitive hourly rate, subject to experience and qualifications.
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG.
