Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized support with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and household chores. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and household chores.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfer tasks, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to work independently. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. A background in social care or a related field is desirable, but not essential. We're happy to provide training and support to the right candidate.
