About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD in Winsford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in our supported living services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
  • Support individuals to develop life skills, such as budgeting, time management, and social skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as a Support Worker (preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Ability to commute to Winsford (required)
