Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. You will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, providing personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and address client needs, developing and implementing care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our care services, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals to live safely and independently.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.Basic knowledge of care principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
