We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live happy and meaningful lives.
About the Role:This is a full-time position, working from a single location supporting 3 single occupancies at a supported living service in Winsford. You will work a permanent rota, supporting 3 males with learning disabilities, on a 121 basis with the support of a senior support worker and small team.
The successful candidate will have experience with personal care and challenging behaviors, and will be required to drive clients' Motability vehicles. You will work alternate weekends and have access to lots of support and training from experienced colleagues and managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and make informed choices
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families
- Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure high-quality care and support
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- A competitive salary of £28,208 per year

- GCSE or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
