Job Responsibilities

As an Adult Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve their goals.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to our management team.

Requirements
  • No experience in care is necessary - we provide full training
  • Ability to work alternate weekends
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including earlies, lates, and sleeping shifts
