Female Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health and social needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as household chores and managing finances.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of all individuals.
- Record and communicate effectively with team members, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- A full clean UK driving license and use of your own vehicle with business use insurance.
- Demonstrable experience working within a similar setting, preferably with young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working as a support worker with individuals who can demonstrate challenging behaviors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, being flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of individuals.
- Up to 5.6 weeks of holidays per year, including bank holidays.
