About the Role: Senior Team Leader - Support Living Service

As a Senior Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Support Workers, ensuring they deliver exceptional person-centered care to young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive and supportive environment where individuals can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and guidance to the Support Workers within your team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual in your care.
  • Collaborate effectively with parents, guardians, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment where individuals feel respected, valued, and empowered.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience working in a similar setting with young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • A strong understanding of Ofsted Quality standards and relevant legislation within the care sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A compassionate and dedicated approach to providing person-centered care.
