About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities in our Supported Living Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to develop and implement support plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and engage with their community.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle (with business use an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
