Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives, including personal care, meal preparation, and social activities.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and managers to develop and implement personalized support plans.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 30-48 hours per week, with a mix of day and night shifts.
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle (business use an advantage).
  • £22,000+ per year, based on £12.00 per hour plus £50 sleep allowance.
