We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities in our supported living services in Winsford and Northwich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in their daily lives, including personal care, meal preparation, and social activities.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and managers to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Providing emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
Requirements:
- Minimum 30-48 hours per week, with a mix of day and night shifts.
- Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle (business use an advantage).
- £22,000+ per year, based on £12.00 per hour plus £50 sleep allowance.
