Job Title: Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at We Support LTD. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities in our supported living services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and engage with their community
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 30-48 hours per week, with a minimum of 1 sleep-in shift per week
  • Full UK driving license and use of own vehicle (business use an advantage)
  • £22,000+ per year, based on £12.00 per hour plus £50 sleep allowance
