About Us
We Support LTD is a leading provider of Supported Living services across Cheshire and Trafford. Our team is dedicated to supporting young adults (16 - 65) with learning disabilities, using a Positive Behaviour Support Approach. We offer 24-hour support services where staff work closely with individuals to build strong, trusting relationships.

We are not a domiciliary care company. Our staff typically work at one location and do not engage in house visits, allowing for a more stable and predictable work environment.

We are seeking 3 Support Workers to join our team, preferably with experience working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. These roles will have permanent, fixed rotas, working alternative weekends. Some sleep ins are required. A permanent variable hour's contract will be issued with a minimum of 30 hours per week. *Salary based on 3 week rolling rota; £12ph, £55 per sleep. 35 hours avg. per week and 2.3 sleep per week

Duties:
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities or special needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Support individuals in developing and maintaining independent living skills
  • Create and implement individualized support plans based on the needs and goals of each individual
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the well-being of the individuals
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities or special needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of individuals
  • Patience and understanding in challenging situations
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field
