Supporting Students with Special Needs

As a Classroom Support Assistant at Academics Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work with students who require additional support due to various disabilities. Your role will involve providing individualised support to help students overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential.

The school provides a range of resources and strategies to support students with Autism, communication challenges, social interaction difficulties, and language delay. You will work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalised plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an estimated start date of ASAP. The successful candidate will be required to participate in relevant SEN training provided by the school and attend regular meetings with the teaching staff to discuss student progress and plan future interventions.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting students with special needs. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Previous experience working with children with special needs would be beneficial but not essential.

Salary and Benefits
