About the Role
Thera East is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join their team, supporting adults with a learning disability. This role involves assisting the Senior Management Team in developing support plans, setting goals and objectives, and mentoring a team of Support Workers.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in the social care setting, preferably in a senior role, who is compassionate, caring and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of motivation.

The ideal candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, creatively solving problems and embracing our values and vision.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Management Team in developing support plans
- Set goals and objectives for individuals with a learning disability
- Mentor a team of Support Workers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individualised outcomes

Requirements
- Previous experience in the social care setting, preferably in a senior role
- Compassionate, caring and confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
