Vulnerable Adult Care Assistant

We are currently seeking caring and motivated individuals to join our team as Support Workers, providing specialist care and support to vulnerable adults in the Suffolk area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality care and support services, prioritizing the well-being and dignity of our clients
- Collaborating with our team to develop and implement client-centered care plans
- Providing personalized support and assistance to clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication management
With a salary estimated at £12.90 per hour Monday to Friday and £13.90 per hour Saturday to Sunday, this role offers a competitive hourly rate, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to promote the independence and well-being of our clients, and contribute to the delivery of our mission to provide exceptional care and support services.
