About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team at Enviva Complex Care in Ipswich. As a Support Worker, you will provide support and care to adults with a variety of learning disabilities, including physical disabilities, mental health difficulties, autism, acquired brain injury, sensory impairment, dementia, and drug/alcohol problems.

Your day may include helping to support social activities, day-to-day care with household chores, promoting independence, encouraging support, and providing companionship. You will be working with individuals who have complex needs and require personalized support to lead the lives they choose.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, and we are looking for candidates with the skills and passion to deliver high-quality support. The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
