About the Role
We are sourcing for Independence and Wellbeing Advisors to join our large team of qualified professionals who support and enable Suffolk County Council Customer First to fulfill its statutory duties to vulnerable adults, children, and families. As an Independence and Wellbeing Advisor, you will be responsible for managing different contact channels, dealing with a diverse range of individuals, and possessing strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
