Pharmacy Leadership and Community Support Specialist

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team and make a real impact on people's lives. You'll be responsible for managing our pharmacy operations, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service, and working closely with our wider store teams to maintain a smooth and consistent experience.
Key Responsibilities- You will supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and Private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
- You will play an active role in our charity support program, offering advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
- You will support the Pharmacy Manager to lead, train, and develop colleagues.
- You will work with Primary Care Networks and GPs' surgeries to build strong relationships and ensure seamless care for our customers.
- You will ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
- You will have a Pharmacy Degree and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- You will complete a DBS check before starting employment.
- You will be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £50,000 per year, plus excellent benefits, including:
- Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).

- 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years' service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 4 weeks fully paid paternity leave.
