We are seeking an Independent Living Specialist to join our team at Ambient Support Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of care skills, with experience working with older people living in Extra Care housing. They will also possess good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic care management systems.

In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for planning the delivery of care and support to our residents, ensuring that their needs are met and their rights are respected. You will also be expected to assess and minimize risks to keep each individual safe, and ensure that each person has a personalized care plan that is regularly reviewed with them and their family.

As a Registered Scheme Manager, you will take responsibility for the selection, management, and development of all staff working within the service. This will involve maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and fostering strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,584 rising to £31,196 after successful probation, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working, training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme.
