Job Title: Youth Development Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Development Support Specialist. In this rewarding role, you will provide essential support to care leavers, helping them lead more independent and fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote independence and self-sufficiency in young individuals
- Assist with daily activities, including household chores and personal care
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Engage in supportive interactions, promoting emotional well-being and stability
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
