Role Overview

The Learning Disability Support Worker will play a crucial role in supporting customers to achieve their goals and aspirations. This includes delivering personal care services, key working with individuals, and promoting a positive culture.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Support customers to get up, washed and dressed, and engage in activities of daily living
  • Work closely with customers and other staff members to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
  • NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards, is desirable
