Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at Arguile Search. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts across the full lifecycle, ensuring that our business achieves its commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring that our business is fully aware of potential impacts.
  • Review, draft, and maintain contract documents, ensuring compliance with our commercial policies.
  • Monitor and report on commercial performance, financial management, and contract compliance.
  • Work closely with contract delivery teams to ensure effective management of change requests and implementation.
  • Report on progress of change requests and projects, ensuring timely delivery and commercial success.
  • Review contract performance, assessing commercial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Prevent and resolve contractual disputes, ensuring that our business interests are protected.
  • Assure adherence to our Group Commercial Policy, ensuring that our commercial activities are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Support client engagement teams in all commercial aspects, post-contract signature, to achieve orders, profit, and cash budget targets.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in commercial and contract management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of commercial contracts.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on commercial risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
