Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager

Location: Flexible, with regular travel to Chepstow or Surrey

Arguile Search is partnering with a leading business in the renewable energy sector to find a Senior Commercial Manager to oversee a portfolio of contracts across the full lifecycle.

This is a highly flexible role that requires travel to the office location in the south of England, approximately one day a week on average.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Commercial and Contract Management across the UK, working for large businesses in sectors such as Defence or Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, liabilities, and commitments
  • Review, draft, update, and maintain contract documents
  • Monitor and report performance and compliance against contractual obligations
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and work with contract delivery teams to ensure effective change management
  • Report on progress of change requests and projects
  • Review contract performance, assessing commercial risks and ensuring appropriate steps are taken to manage risk
  • Prevent and resolve contractual disputes
  • Ensure adherence to Group Commercial Policy
  • Support client engagement teams in all commercial aspects, post contract signature, to achieve orders, profit, and cash budget
