Salary: £40,748.00


Job Responsibilities:



  • Be accountable for all related Supply Chain activity in line with area of responsibility.
  • Communicate effectively with functional and external stakeholder management and deputise for the Procurement Leader as required.
  • Manage contracts – major subcontract & transactional.
  • Expectation for supplier visits on a regular basis.
  • Work alongside the Electrical IDT team.
  • Maintain, report and manage information in line with programme requirements.

Requirements:



  • Supply Chain, Procurement or Project Management experience.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management.
  • ERP & PLM System knowledge.
  • Microsoft Package User.
  • Experience of working within aerospace, defence and/or MOD packages.

About the Role:


As a Procurement Professional at BAE Systems, you will be working centrally to support deployed Supply Chain Professionals, enabling & empowering the team through the delivery of People, Process, Toolsets & Reporting on the SSNA programme. This is a Fast paced, commercial procurement environment with a varied range of development opportunities, working as part of a diverse team to deliver part of the UK's National Defence Programme. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
