Position: Lead Procurement Specialist

Compensation: Competitive salary package

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of contracts – including significant subcontracting and transactional agreements
  • Executing all procurement-related activities with a focus on cost efficiency, quality assurance, and adherence to timelines
  • Delivering procurement expertise in accordance with corporate policies and processes, aligned with business needs and performance targets
  • Collaborating effectively within a team environment, demonstrating professionalism in procurement practices, and maintaining flexibility throughout the procurement lifecycle
  • Conducting reporting, data analysis, and updating contractual documents along with other miscellaneous tasks

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication abilities in a comparable professional environment
  • Familiarity with SAP and prior experience in procurement is advantageous
  • Proficient in IT, including Purchase Order/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid understanding of contracts and effective contract management

The equipment is sourced from suppliers both domestically and internationally.
