Compensation:

Starting from £38,734


Role Overview:

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the acquisition of materials and services necessary to meet Supply Chain objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts to mitigate risks associated with the program.
  • Collaborating with the Integrated Delivery Team and key stakeholders across various programs.
  • Maintaining accurate reporting and managing information in accordance with program requirements, including cost management, supplier performance, and schedule adherence.
  • Creating and maintaining Purchase Orders in SAP and related purchasing systems.
  • Overseeing all Supply Chain activities relevant to your area of responsibility.

  • Experience managing high-value and high-volume contracts.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset towards tasks and responsibilities.
  • A willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Experience in equipment procurement.

About the Procurement Team:

In this role, you will ensure that materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and quality standards across multiple suppliers.
