Location: Flexible working arrangements available. Salary: Competitive compensation starting from £46,000. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee contract management, including significant subcontract and transactional agreements.
- Take responsibility for all Supply Chain activities within your designated area.
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance People (Resourcing & Capabilities), Processes, Technology, and Reporting to ensure effective Supply Chain operations.
- Engage in effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and act as a deputy for the Senior Supply Chain Manager when necessary.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals in the procurement domain.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Management.
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the aerospace, defense, or MOD sectors.
- Previous experience in a line management role.
