Job Summary:

Chooseulverston is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing and contracting procurement process, ensuring the quality of sourcing and contracting documentation, negotiating and finalizing contracts with external suppliers, and managing commercial performance of contractors and contract delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of procurement processes.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance of contractors and contract delivery to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement and supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in supply chain management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective procurement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze commercial performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
