Job Title: Cluster Revenue Manager

Join MHDV as a Cluster Revenue Manager and take on a lead revenue management position for a number of fabulous properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the revenue strategy for your own cluster of properties.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work under the umbrella of Frasers Hospitality and alongside Cluster Revenue Managers for Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin. You will be tasked with driving revenue growth, optimizing revenue streams, and developing a deep understanding of the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize performance versus the hotel competitor set.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team and colleagues to deliver optimal performance.
  • Generate Rooms forecasts and budgets for hotels in your cluster.
  • Maximize hotels performance versus its competitor set.
  • Use all MHDV Brand tools available to ensure correct pricing information to segment level.
  • Pricing and Inventory Management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market demand and all main competitors.
  • Effective communication skills.
