Job Title: Cluster Team Manager - Intensive Service

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Team Manager to join our team at Aspirations Care Ltd. As a Cluster Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and providing high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of service users
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of clinical and personal support
  • Provide coaching and support to staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
  • Work closely with the Registered Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities
  • Experience with Autism and Positive Behaviour Plans
  • Good IT skills and experience of maintaining records
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent)
