Job Title: Cluster Revenue Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team at MHDV. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the revenue strategy for your cluster of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize performance versus the hotel competitor set.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams and colleagues to deliver optimal performance.
  • Generate rooms forecasts and budgets for hotels in your cluster.
  • Maximize hotels performance versus its competitor set.
  • Use all MHDV brand tools available to ensure correct pricing information to segment level.
  • Pricing and Inventory Management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market demand and all main competitors.
  • Effective communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a revenue role.
  • Experience in coaching and development of the hotel team to drive revenue capture.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to translate insight into action to maximize performance.
  • Experienced user of revenue management systems (RMS) and business analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to both hotel teams and Senior Managers.
