Cluster Revenue Manager

At MHDV, we are seeking a highly skilled Cluster Revenue Manager to lead our revenue strategy for Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management for your assigned cluster of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize performance versus the competitor set.
- Collaborate with hotel teams and colleagues to deliver optimal performance.
- Generate rooms forecasts and budgets for hotels in your cluster.
- Maximize hotels performance versus its competitor set.
- Use all MHDV brand tools available to ensure correct pricing information to segment level.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a revenue role, ideally with experience across multi-unit and multi-market roles.
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate insight into action.
- Experienced user of revenue management systems (RMS) and business analysis tools.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
